Booking/Cancellation Policy - Me On Pause
Appointments
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Payment
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and electronic transfer (customize as needed).
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by contacting the clinic directly via phone or email. (Online cancellations through the booking system are not accepted).
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50–100% of the session fee.
- Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other clients.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

- Bioresonance is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
- Clients should continue any medical treatment prescribed by their healthcare provider.
Results & Follow-Up
- Individual responses to Bioresonance sessions vary.
- No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
- Follow-up sessions may be recommended based on individual needs.
Minors
- Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Written consent is required. Right to Refuse Service
- The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- False or incomplete health information is provided
- Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe
- Services are not deemed suitable for the client Privacy
- All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with privacy laws.
